We are incredibly proud that our existing customers have given us fantastic feedback on our quality of service. Our ongoing survey results also show that we completed customers’ queries within the expected timeframe 96% of the time and resolved customers’ problems 95% of the time.

We request regular feedback from our service users, based on individual jobs that Jolly IT has provided. This year, we have so far received a massive 96% customer satisfaction rate through our feedback mechanisms. As we take our customers and their feedback seriously, we regularly review the surveys which in turn also help us to evaluate, improve and refine our services.
