iPhone Guide

 

  1. Follow this link to download Outlook.
  2. Launch the app, enter your email and choose “Add Account”
  3. Enter a description (e.g. “Work”, “Office 365”, or your company name),
  4. Enter a password, and choose “Sign in”
  5. Choose “Maybe Later” and your account should be setup

Already set up a different account?

  1. Launch the Outlook app
  2. Choose the Home icon in the upper left, followed by the Envelope “+” button
  3. Select “Add an account” if you have a username & password ready, or select “Add a Shared mailbox” if you’ve got permissions to another account
  4. Choose “Continue” or “Skip account” as appropriate
  5. Enter an email address and password

  1. Follow this link to download Outlook
  2. Launch the app, choose “Get Started” and “Add account”
  3. If other unwanted accounts show choose “Skip this account”
  4. Enter your email address, choose “continue”
  5. Enter your password
  6. Choose “Maybe later” and your account should be setup

Already set up Outlook before?

  1. Launch the Outlook app
  2. Choose Menu More button, Settings Settings , Add account, Add email
  3. Continue with step 4 above

Troubleshooting steps:

Symptom: Username or password incorrect

Test: Do your email login details work on https://office.com/?

Resolution: Ask your company admin or Jolly IT (office hours 9 am-5:30 pm weekdays) for a password reset

 

 

Symptom: Account failing to sync / Account is setup but refuses password

Resolution: Delete/remove the account from your phone, add it back again

 

 

Symptom: App fails to install / Insufficient storage / Check your connection

Resolution: Ensure you’ve got enough space to download the app and a strong internet connection

(iPhone) Resolution: Ensure your iCloud account is signed in
